Original Design, Remodel and Expansion of Clinic
In 1998, we provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services when this clinic was first built on the USC campus with DaVita Dialysis. After over a decade, in 2011, we were again asked to upgrade and expand the MEP systems so USC could provide more stations and supporting spaces for users and patients. The existing clinic was operational during the entire design and construction process, as we worked with USC, DaVita, and the entire design and construction team in phases to ensure a seamless process.
