LEED GOLD TI Renovations
In early 2019, PCL Construction Services, Inc (PCL) had an opportunity to re-envision a more sustainable future through designing new spaces for their Los Angeles and Orange County employees. PCL wanted to show how an office can shape and positively impact work space. With efficiency and conservation in mind, energy consumption was reduced by 10% and water consumption was reduced by 20%, enabling the Glendale office to achieve LEED Silver certification. The same guiding principals were replicated in the Irvine office. In collaboration with AC Martin, both projects exemplify the commitment to green building and environmental stewardship.
